My music is a mix of folk, country, blues, Americana, and alternative. I played solo for a few years eventually wanting a fuller sound that can only be done with other voices and instruments. I formed a duo with Hot Rod Harris called Garden Road. We both played guitar and sang our originals and covers that Hot Rod felt needed to be introduced to the young musicians coming up. My latest endeavor is my band called Blackbottom Pie. Annie Rettic, an incredibily accomplished singer and violinist and Jane Berry, a phenominally quick to learn musician with bluegrass in her blood plays mandolin and djembe while I play guitar. We are known for our honest and fun original songs, our Cajun country blues style, and our three part harmony.
